I have spent my career in operations and growth: looking at what a system costs, what it produces, and where it breaks. I think the same habits are useful on public questions. A policy is an investment of taxpayer money and public trust, and it should be judged by its results, not by which side proposed it.
These essays are my working views on three issues where I think practical, evidence-based ideas can find support across party lines. Each one starts with a short summary, uses published data from government and independent research sources, and ends with the priorities I would push for. I update them as new evidence comes out.

- Small Business Growth: capital, permitting, federal contracting, and hiring.
- AI and Economic Opportunity: helping small firms and workers benefit from AI with sensible guardrails.
